None other than super-swanky red-carpet staple Marchesa, a favorite of Anne Hathaway and Jennifer Lopez.
"We have our first fitting today with Marchesa," says Sidibe's stylist Linda Medvene. "We've been offered dresses by all these huge designers. It just proves that anyone can dress a full-sized woman."
In fact, being plus-sized hasn't been a problem for Sidibe, even though most frocks, especially from higher-end dressmakers, are teeny size 0s.
"It's been quite easy. I have such good relationships with people and they're madly in love with Gabby. Everyone wants to dress her. Kevan Hall has dressed her. David Meister has dressed her," says Medvene. "Working with Gabby has been so easy because she's so comfortable with who she is, in her skin." — Donna Freydkin
