Acceptance of orders
Orders are subject to conformation. All orders may be revoked by us after acceptance because of fires, floods  accidents, strikes stoppage of labor or any cause beyond our control. We are unable to cancel orders that are all ready in the process of being manufactured. All custom sizes or special orders are non-refundable.
We ship to all 50 States
either UPS or Common Carrier
Prices are FOB our plant in Newark, N.J..
Terms
All  orders must be accompanied by a 50% deposit balance due when products are finished
On all open and established accounts all invoices are due by the 10th of he month net. A 2% interest charge will be accrued on all unpaid invoices.
