when I grew up race was something you did to win a trophy
it now has a different meaning
some people can accept a person for what they are no matter what color they are
other are just ignorant
A black man can find a cure for cancer and be call a hero but some and nigger by others
what are we going to do
I guess it how we're taught by our parents
learning from them racial tolerance
to see a person for they what are instead of what they look like
but as this nation, little by little become unicolor
those ignorant and uneducated will have to make a choice
live with it or die by it
most of use have felt prejudice in one form or another
me in business once the area changed the new immigrants went to their own to buy goods and services..........I closed my doors and look to sell what I have left
I know all the talking, demonstrations and legislation's will never change people
so all we can do is teach our children ..........................................
who know maybe in 100 years from now we'll all learn to live together.........................
